Shipping & Returns
All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days via Australia Post.
Australia Post may take 2 - 7 business days to deliver depending on where you live.
If there is a delay with your order we will endeavour to advise you as soon as possible.
If you are not at home at the time of the delivery, Australia Post will redirect your order to your local Post Office.
A note will be left in your letter box to notify you that your order is awaiting pick up.
All parcels are registered and require a signature on receipt of goods.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you received, they can be returned for an exchange or credit.
Item must be unused and returned in 7 days of purchase.
Refunds or credit notes will be issued for the following reasons only.
1) Faulty goods 2) Incorrect goods supplied 3) Damaged goods
Please note exchanges will be charged an additional delivery fee if the exchange is requested for any reason other than those specified above.
