*** DELIVERY ***
Within Australia - We always endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 business days however during sale period, it might take up to 5 business days.

Please note that when you choose "Express" it means express shipping by Australia Post (It does not mean next day shipping).

* If the order is urgent or you wish to receive it by the particular date, please email us before submitting your order so that we can inform you whether we can accommodate your request.

* Australia Post may take 2 - 10 business days to deliver depending on where you live.
If you already have a tracking number please use www.auspost.com.au to track your parcel. If you don’t have a tracking number please email us
through the “contact us” page on our website.

* If you are not at home at the time of the delivery Australia Post will redirect your order to your local Post Office. 
* If you have special delivery instructions or would like to give authority to leave the parcel without a signature please leave a message in the notes section when you check out.

All parcels are registered and require a signature on receipt of goods
unless specifically instructed to leave the parcel without a signature by the customer.

Outside Australia
All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days via Australia Post Air Mail.
Delivery may take 3 - 40 business days depending on where you live and which service you choose.

* Express Courier International: reliable, able to track the parcel and fast
* STD International Air Mail: We are more than happy to send your order by air mail, however, please understand that as this is unregistered we cannot take any responsibility if the goods are lost or damaged in transit.

Within Australia
Standard Registered + Signature (4 to 10 days)
Express (2 to 5 days) 

Outside Australia
Air Mail (20 - 40 days)
Express International (3 - 12 days)

*** RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY ***
If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you received, they can be returned for an exchange or refund.
Item must be unused and request must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds or credit notes will be issued for the following reasons only.
1) Faulty goods  2) Incorrect goods supplied  3) Damaged goods

Please note exchanges will be charged an additional delivery fee if the exchange is requested for any reason other than those specified above.
