This tutorial is a basic sewing for cloth panty liners and a regular pad.
I have used organic cotton and bamboo materials for the skin side so they are super soft and comfy!
You can use thicker materials or add more layers for heavy flow. Also, it’s not showing in the video but I added another wing-style pattern for you!
