Rivet Setting Kit
This Rivet Setting Kit makes attaching rivets easy and accurate.
How to attach: (See video below)
First, punch a hole in the material. Pass the male rivet part through the
hole, cover it with the female part and click them together. Attach the rivet plates
to the rivet pliers. Place rivet heads on setting plates and squeeze to set.
Please note that you will need to use a mallet or hammer (not included) to punch a hole in the material with the included hole punch tool.
Kit includes:
Rivet pliers x 1
Small rivet setting plates (suitable for rivets diameter size below 6mm) x 1
Large rivet setting plates (suitable for rivets diameter size up to 9mm) x 1
Rivets D5/L4 (D=diameter in mm, L=shank length in mm) x 50 sets
Rivets D9/L11.5 x 30 sets
Rivets D9/L=8.5 x 30 sets
Hole punch mat x 1
Hole punch tool 3mm x 1
Rivet washer x 6 (bonus inclusion for light materials, provide strength and thickness)
Setting plates seating attachments x 2 (Extras as these can wear over time if excess force is applied)
